Wsdot Local Agency Agreement Supplement

Proposal of recycled materials (January 4, 2016) Can be used for projects funded by FHWA. Must be used by all local authorities with a population of 100,000 or more for all road, road, motorway or other infrastructure projects. Necessary to comply with a new law with effect at 1.1.16 (SHB1695). Proposal form made available here. (This percentage proposed by the bidder only affects the successful selection of bidders for identical and low bid amounts.) Additional Qualification Criteria (July 31, 2017) Requires prior approval for FHWA-funded projects through WSDOT/Local Programs. Use this use if you have included additional project-specific criteria in your receipts. If you also use 1-02.1, 1-02.13, 1-02.14 Option C and 1-05.13. The coordination of contractual documents, plans, special provisions, specifications and addendums (10 December 2020) can be used for FHWA-funded projects. Use them to add standard plans/details to your local agency`s priority order. Non-discrimination requirements (October 1, 2020) If WSDOT Local Programs has given you a DBE goal, you must be used in FHWA-funded projects. (2 fillings) For e-mail addresses: Eastern Region – North Central Region – Northwest Region – Olympic Region – South Central Region – Southwest – proposal for withdrawal, revision or supplement (July 23, 2015) can be used for FHWA-funded projects.

Use this for all projects, unless you allow electronic offers and this section of standard specifications works for your agency. Retainage in Lieu of Bond (May 17, 2018) Should not be used for FHWA-funded projects. Use contracts under $150,000 for which your agency allows you to withhold 10% instead of a performance obligation. (2 filling – entry contract up to $150,000 and withholding percentage up to 10%) Use only if your agency allows this practice. Variation in Option A (July 23, 2015) should not be used for FHWA-funded projects. (1 filling) Unit price adjustments in the event of volume overshooting/under-quding on bid positions are limited above a dollar figure.
